In the mid 1600s, Sir Thomas Warner, an Englishman who presided as governor over the jurisdiction of St. Kitts, fathered two sons one by a Carib woman from Dominica, and the other with his English wife. When the governor died, his Carib son left St. Kitts and moved to his mother s native island where he soon became a Carib chief. As fate would have it, the other son, Philip carlos ebert Warner, became commander of the British troops on St. Kitts.
Marine photographers often capture shots of Fairy Land, a current- cleaned carlos ebert coral plateau off Anse Chastanet Point. Because of the swift current here, you must be an experienced diver accompanied by a knowledgeable dive master.
